Job Description

  • Sales Support:
    • Assist in lead generation activities, including prospecting, cold calling, and email outreach.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and proposals.
    • Schedule meetings and demos with prospective clients and follow up on leads.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
    • Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate and up-to-date client information.
    • Assist in organizing and managing client data, including contact details, communication history, and sales pipeline stages.
    • Generate reports and analytics on sales activities, pipeline progress, and client engagement metrics.
  • Customer Support:
    • Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and general support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
    • Escalate complex issues or unresolved customer queries to the appropriate team members for further assistance.
  • Client Onboarding and Training:
    • Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, including account setup, training sessions, and documentation.
    • Educate clients on the features, benefits, and usage of the earned wage access platform.
    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients during their integration and implementation phase.
  • Feedback Collection and Analysis:
    • Gather feedback from clients regarding their experiences, needs, and suggestions for improvement.
    • Analyze client feedback and trends to identify areas for enhancement or optimization in the product or service offering.
    • Communicate actionable insights and recommendations to the sales and product development teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and finance to ensure alignment and support for sales and customer success initiatives.
    • Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project collaborations to contribute ideas and insights.
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communication, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in G Suite and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
