Payd is a growing financial technology company looking for a Marketing Associate to join our marketing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for executing and monitoring marketing campaigns with the goal of driving user and client activation and engagement.

The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic collaborator, empathetic listener, and a strategic thinker who enjoys partnering with internal teams to solve users’ and marketing challenges.

You are creative, results-driven and possess excellent analytical skills.

Job Responsibilities

Marketing Programmes

  • Coordinate the roll-out, communications plan, and progress of marketing programs such as: P2P referral programme, UGC (user-generated content/ user testimonials)
  • Plan and manage the content and creative production for our B2C audience
  • Collaborate with our internal and external partners to create a library of educational content for users
  • Create video assets, graphics and content materials to educate users about earned wage access
  • Conduct multivariate testing on messaging and copy, communication mediums, creatives, and provide prescriptive analysis based on findings
  • Design creatives and copies for our social media pages

Employee onboarding

  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team on launching Earned Wage Access (Payd) to employees and supporting the roll-out of the onboarding communications plan for each client account
  • Attend user onboarding and interview sessions to gain user insights
  • Set up tracking mechanics (QR codes, event tracking parameters, web analytics, etc.) to measure the performance of the communication channel(s) used

Campaign performance

  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Product to report on campaign performance, track and measure effectiveness of programmes
  • Prepare reports and insights on channel performance

Job Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English and Thai languages
  • Strong organisational, time management, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects concurrently
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and has strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence at all levels of the organisation, including at the executive level
  • Must have strong project management skills with the proven ability to multitask
  • Must possess the skill to think and pivot fast on your feet, as well as a solid combination of tenacity and empathy
  • Preferably with 2 - 3 years of experience in a marketing agency or for a consumer brand.

Fresh graduates with internship experience and a strong passion for marketing are encouraged to apply.
