About The Role

Our incredible team is growing fast, and we’re looking for a Founding FP&A to join us. The Finance team will play a pivotal role as we scale up, from strategic planning and forecasting to building the financial processes, tools, and team that will drive our ambitious growth.

As our Founding FP&A, you’ll partner closely with the Founding and Leadership teams, including GTM, to provide financial expertise and strategic insight. You’ll translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations, manage budgets and forecasts, and identify opportunities to drive revenue growth and optimize costs.

What you’ll do

• Build and manage the company’s budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year modeling. Oversee cash flow, runway, and capital allocation.

• Set up scalable systems and Implement accounting, payroll, and reporting infrastructure that can scale with the company’s growth.

• Deliver accurate monthly and quarterly financial reports for both internal and external stakeholders, including investors.

• Track KPIs, measure performance vs. targets, and surface actionable insights to help the leadership team stay focused on the biggest growth levers.

• Work closely with the founding and leadership teams to align financial and business data, identify risks and opportunities, and drive strategic decisions.

• Provide financial materials, models, and insights during fundraising rounds.

What we’re looking for

• 4+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, ideally in investment banking, private equity, or consulting, followed by hands-on FP&A experience at a tier-1 startup or scaleup (preferably in SaaS or a data-driven environment).

• Expertise in financial modeling, SaaS metrics, and business analysis.

• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and excellence.

• A proactive problem-solver and self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, unstructured environments.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights for both finance and non-finance audiences.

Bonus Points

• CPA or CFA certification.

• Experience with SaaS or other recurring-revenue models.

• Background in managing international finance or multi-entity structures.

• Track record in high-growth, venture-backed startups.

• Proven success building and scaling a finance function from the ground up.

Compensation Range: €80K - €100K
