What you’ll do

• Collaborate with our Growth and Product team to identify and implement product levers that drive user growth and retention

• Integrate and optimize data pipelines, analytics tools, and tracking systems to enable accurate measurement of growth initiatives

• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Design, and Product teams to rapidly prototype, launch, and iterate on experiments

What we’re looking for

• Deep expertise in TypeScript and React

• Someone over indexed on business proficiency next to also being a fantastic developer

• Clear indicators of excellence, whether it's a high FIDE rating, scaling a side project to a thousand users, or any other exceptional achievement

• Proven ability to deliver high-quality work quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Proficiency with tools like Cursor while maintaining concise, clear, and maintainable code

• Ability to seamlessly match an existing project code style

Tech Stack

• Languages: TypeScript

• Backend: GCP, Cloud Functions, Firestore, Firebase Auth, Cloud Tasks, Cloud Scheduler

• Frontend: React, shadcn/ui, Tailwind CSS

• AI Models: OpenAI, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Llama, etc.

Bonus Points

• Experience working with analytics/tracking frameworks (Segment, Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4)

• Active contributions to open-source projects

• Deployed side/hobby projects that we can check out
