What you’ll do

• Design high-impact visuals for campaigns, content, website, and social channels

• Collaborate with Growth and Product to bring new features and launches to life visually

• Create visual assets and templates that scale across marketing and brand initiatives

• Help evolve and refine the Peec AI visual identity, ensuring consistency and world-class quality

• Experiment with motion design, typography, and layout systems to elevate storytelling

• Contribute to creative ideation sessions, helping shape the tone, look, and feel of our brand presence

What we’re looking for

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field

• A world-class portfolio showing strong visual taste, storytelling ability, and an eye for detail

• 1–2 internships or prior work experience at a top-tier startup, design-driven brand, or leading creative agency, demonstrating high ownership and design excellence

• Deep understanding of brand systems, visual hierarchy, and layout design, as well as a strong grasp of typography, color, and motion — you care deeply about how things feel

• Curiosity for AI, storytelling, and design at the intersection of technology and creativity

• High agency and initiative — you move fast, take feedback well, and bring ideas to life without waiting for permission

• Low-ego team player who’s easy to work with and doesn’t shy away from rolling up their sleeves for operational tasks

Bonus Points

• Experience creating brand campaigns, launch visuals, or growth assets

• Comfortable with tools like Figma, After Effects, Webflow, or Framer

• Interest in marketing strategy, creative direction, and content design

• A side project or creative channel that shows taste, curiosity, and ambition
