What You’ll Do

• Support the founders and engineering leadership to bridge strategy, product, and engineering execution

• Support product and engineering initiatives end-to-end (from scoping and planning to execution and launch)

• Help on performance review cycles, salary bands, staff career progression, supplier negotiations and talent acquisition

• Deeply understand our codebase, architecture, and AI-driven product to identify opportunities for improvement

• Jump into new challenges, learn fast, and take ownership where it matters most

What We’re Looking For

Either

• Bachelor or Master’s degree with outstanding academic performance from a top university, ideally in Engineering, Computer Science, or a combined Engineering & Management program

Or

• 1+ years of experience in a technical role (engineering, product, technical consulting, or similar) at a high-performing startup or tech-driven company

And you:

• Are eager to take ownership, grow fast, shape both products and processes, and communicate exceptionally well

• Are obsessed with startups and thrive in fast-moving, unstructured environments

• Have a strong technical foundation and enjoy working close to the code, without being hands-on day to day

• Have a strong grasp of modern software systems, SaaS products, and AI technologies

Bonus Points

• Exposure to product management, engineering management, or technical product leadership

• Basic technical understanding (APIs, data pipelines, or engineering workflows) or the ambition to learn quickly

• Familiarity with tools like Linear, Figma, Notion, GitHub, n8n, or similar

• A side project, startup, or product you’ve built, shipped, or meaningfully contributed to

• Fluency in both English and German

Compensation Range: €60K - €80K
