What You’ll Do

• Own business intelligence at Peec AI end-to-end, turning product, GTM, and customer data into clear, actionable insights for founders and leadership

• Design, build, and maintain high-impact dashboards and reporting that track company-level, GTM, and product performance

• Partner closely with Sales, Growth, Product, and Data Science to define metrics, answer ad-hoc questions, and support fast, data-driven decisions

• Continuously improve data quality, metric definitions, and reporting workflows as the company scales

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or a closely related data role, ideally in a startup or high-growth tech environment

• Proven experience translating complex datasets into clear insights that inform product, GTM, and leadership decisions

• Strong Python or TypeScript and SQL skills with hands-on experience analyzing large datasets and building reliable, scalable reporting

• Ability to work closely with non-technical stakeholders, proactively surfacing insights rather than waiting for requests

• Most importantly: we care deeply about working with genuinely kind, collaborative, and hard-working people who make the team better through empathy and openness

Our BI Stack

• Languages: SQL, Python, TypeScript

• Backend: GCP, BigQuery, Postgres (AlloyDB), Firestore

• AI Models: OpenAI, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Llama, etc.

Bonus Points

• Experience in an early-stage startup, with a track record of building or scaling analytics from first principles in fast-changing environments

• Background in supporting GTM teams (Sales, Growth, CX) with funnel, revenue, and cohort analysis

• Touchpoints in Analytics Engineering (e.g. dbt, data modeling best practices)

• Experience in a PLG or high-velocity sales motion

• Prior exposure to AI, ML, or search-driven products

Compensation Range: €100K - €150K
