What’s the role of a Strategy & Operations Analyst?

We are looking for a motivated Strategy and Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience of consulting or a related role who are eager to dive into fintech operations and contribute to our growth. You will support business development efforts, conduct research, manage transaction operations, and assist with creating AI bots and tools to streamline and automate processes within PEXX.

What you’ll do…

• Business Development Support:Design compelling PowerPoint presentations for business development and client-facing materials.
• Collaborate on gathering insights and data to support business proposals and strategies.
• Research and Analysis:Conduct research to support strategic initiatives, market analysis, and operational improvements.
• Assist with research on operational automation and AI tools for process improvement.
• Transaction Operations:Support customer service related to transaction operations, ensuring a smooth resolution process.
• Assist with the implementation of automated solutions to improve transaction workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Track and report transaction data, ensuring accuracy and visibility of key performance metrics.
• Provide vendor support, ensuring smooth operational collaboration.
• AI and Process Automation:Assist in creating AI bots and tools to streamline and automate internal processes at PEXX.
• Research new technologies and solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Reporting and Tracking:Develop reports and dashboards to monitor transaction metrics and key operational performance indicators.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements using data-driven insights.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; experience with automation tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
