Role Overview
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Social Media Manager with minimum 3 years of experience to lead and execute our social media strategy. You’ll be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving environment, excels at writing sharp, engaging copy, and can manage multiple social media channels efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Content & Copywriting: Write compelling, brand-aligned copy for posts, captions, campaigns, and community engagement that resonates with fintech and Web3 audiences.
- Channel Management: Own the day-to-day operations of multiple social media platforms including X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Strategy Development: Plan and implement a social media strategy that drives engagement, awareness, and follower growth.
- Content Planning: Collaborate with design and marketing teams to schedule and publish high-quality, visually appealing content.
- Community Engagement: Actively manage DMs, comments, and mentions to foster community trust and loyalty.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and analytics, deliver insights and monthly reports, and optimize strategy based on results.
- Trend Awareness: Stay on top of social media trends and fintech/Web3 news to keep content timely and relevant.
- Campaign Execution: Support or lead integrated social campaigns, product launches, and event coverage as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing social media accounts in a professional setting.
- Exceptional copywriting and editorial skills with a strong grasp of tone, grammar, and storytelling.
- Data-driven and analytical, experience with social scheduling and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, CapCut.
- Understanding of social KPIs, audience insights, and optimization tactics.
- Knowledge of paid social advertising basics (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to create and interpret performance reports using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or native platform insights.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; can handle multiple platforms, deadlines, and tasks independently.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment with shifting priorities and lots of autonomy.
- Awareness of fintech, crypto, or Web3 language, culture, and communities is highly preferred.
