The Role
We’re looking for a Customer & Product Operations Associate to be the bridge between our users, partners, and internal teams. You’ll handle customer requests, resolve user flow issues (KYC, compliance, payments), manage vendor relationships, and support product operations as we scale. This is a great opportunity for someone with a business, accounting, or information systems background who is excited about joining a fast-growing startup and building from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
Product & Ops Enablement
- Map and document user journeys across onboarding, payments, and compliance.
- Collaborate with product, compliance, and engineering to optimize processes.
- Assist with data tasks such as monitoring trends, reporting, and insights.
- Help design scalable operational workflows.
- Act as the customer’s voice to influence product improvements.
Vendor & Partner Coordination
- Manage operational relationships with compliance vendors, payment partners, and third parties.
- Ensure timely resolution of partner-related issues.
Customer Support & Troubleshooting
- Be the first point of contact for customer support requests across chat, email, and other channels.
- Resolve onboarding, KYC, and compliance-related issues.
- Spot recurring user pain points and work with the product team to improve flows.
What We’re Looking For
- Fresh graduates are welcome! We’re more interested in your drive, problem-solving ability, and eagerness to learn.
- Excited about working in a fast-paced startup environment where no two days look the same.
- Strong communication skills and able to explain complex flows simply.
- Detail oriented; interest in data analysis (Excel/SQL/BI tools) is a plus.
- Curiosity about fintech, KYC/AML, compliance, or payments is advantageous.
