The Role
We’re looking for someone to lead our CRM and lifecycle marketing. Your job is to make sure customers stay with PEXX, use more of our features, and enjoy their experience from the moment they join. You’ll design campaigns across email, push, SMS/WhatsApp, in-app, and web to guide customers through key steps like:
- KYC approval
- First deposit
- Card activation
- Using Earn
- Cross-border transfers
This role is both strategic and hands-on. You’ll work with product, data, compliance, and support teams to build strong customer journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Own PEXX’s end-to-end CRM strategy and execution using OneSignal
- Build and optimize campaigns for onboarding, reactivation, retention, upsell, and winback
- Design and manage user journeys across push, email, and in-app messaging
- Analyze campaign performance and user behavior to generate insights and increase engagement and transaction volume
- Define key segments and trigger-based automation flows that scale with user growth
- Collaborate with product, data, and marketing teams to align messaging with lifecycle stages
- Test, learn, and iterate through A/B and multivariate experiments
- Monitor KPIs including open rates, CTR, conversion, churn, LTV.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention marketing Proven experience using OneSignal or similar CRM platforms (Braze, Iterable, MoEngage, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills—comfortable working with data, segments, and KPIs
- Experience designing automated flows and journey-based campaigns
- Proficient in writing concise, compelling CRM copy in English
- Familiarity with growth, product marketing, and performance metrics in fintech or mobile-first businesses
- Self-starter with excellent project management and prioritization skills
- Bonus: Experience in fintech, crypto, or Web3 lifecycle marketing
- Bonus: Comfortable using AI tools for personalization, predictive segmentation, or campaign ideation
