Job Description

What will be your tasks?:

• Working closely with the founders to help steer and execute key projects, providing support and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

• Supporting lead generation, prospecting, and customer relationship building, while assisting with medical customer support by liaising with healthcare providers and identifying growth opportunities.

• Contributing to the development of materials, presentations, and proposals, and coordinating meetings.

• Collaborating with the team on clinical projects, including gathering and analyzing medical feedback to refine offerings and improve user experience.

• Supporting the creation of medical materials for internal and external use, such as product documentation, clinical study materials, and regulatory submissions.

• Assisting in medical research to stay updated on advancements in healthcare, telemedicine, and medical technology, helping inform product development and business strategy.

Qualifications

What should you bring?:

• You are currently enrolled in, or have recently completed, a degree in Medicine, Medical Technology, Healthcare Management, or a related medical/life sciences field.

• You have a strong interest in the medical and healthcare industry, particularly in telemedicine, diagnostics, and healthcare technology – along with a passion for improving patient care, optimizing processes for healthcare professionals (HCPs), and advancing solutions that make healthcare more accessible.

• You have excellent communication skills in both German and English, written and verbal.

• You bring strong organizational and time management skills, along with problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively and perform under pressure in a fast-paced medical startup environment.

• Previous experience in sales or business development, particularly in startups, is a plus.

• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools is an advantage.

• You’re able to take initiative and drive topics independently, proactively navigating and overcoming challenges.
