About the role
The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's financial health and ensuring smooth and compliant human resource and administrative operations.
This dual-role position requires a detail-oriented and strategic leader who can manage budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial reports and statements for management and regulatory compliance.
- Manage payroll processing in coordination with HR and external providers.
- Monitor and enforce internal controls to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Coordinate audits, tax filings, and statutory reporting with external accountants or government agencies.
- Manage relationships with banks, vendors, and other financial institutions.
- Reports To: VP/ Chief Operating Officer / Managing Director / President

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a managerial finance role.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance standards.
- Proficient in financial systems, HRIS, and office productivity tools (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks, SAP).
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.
- CPA is an advantage.
- Experience in a dynamic or startup environment.
