At Prometeo we provide a single API to connect to banks in Latin America. We offer an access point to information and payments in 283 financial institutions and mor than 500 APIs in 10 countries in the region.


As an experienced salesperson in the US market, you will be responsible for identifying and closing sales opportunities. We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented professional with proven experience in selling financial products, with a solid understanding of the market and industry trends.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify potential clients in the U.S. market, using a combination of inbound/outbound methods, market research and networking.
  • Develop strong relationships with current and prospective clients by understanding their needs and offering customized financial solutions that add value to their business.
  • Present and demonstrate the company's products and services effectively, highlighting their key features and benefits.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals, ensuring that established sales targets are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies and sales campaigns targeting the US market.
  • Keep abreast of market trends and developments, as well as relevant regulations and standards, to adapt sales strategies and maintain the company's competitiveness.
  • Record and maintain up-to-date sales information in the company's CRM system, providing regular reports on the progress and results of sales activities.

Technical Requirements

  • Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in the financial or fintech sector, with a focus on the US market.
  • Strong knowledge of the market, including its characteristics, trends, competitors and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong business relationships.
  • Results-oriented, with a proven track record of success in achieving sales goals.
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage time and resources to maximize productivity.
  • Familiarity with sales tools and technologies, such as CRM and sales automation tools.
  • Willingness to travel within the United States as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or other related field is a plus.
