We seek an Algorithmic Trader with coding skills and knowledge about hft, market making and crypto trading. This role requires 2 years of experience in algorithmic trading, preferably in digital assets.

Based on your performace, you will be assigned your own “desk” with related P&L responsibility and full ownership of that desk.

The job will allow you to build new strategies, improve existing strategies and add new trading products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manager and Operate the trading desk assigned to you.
• Develop, implement, and monitor algorithmic trading strategies.
• Execute market-making activities to ensure liquidity and tight spreads.
• Manage and optimize trading systems for performance and reliability.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless operations.
• Handle tasks end-to-end with an owner mentality, taking full responsibility for the trading desk.
• Adapt to non-traditional working hours to ensure the desk is operational 24/7.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in algorithmic trading.
• Strong Python skills - you have 1-2 years of experience coding in Python, be that through work, study or personal project experience
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
• Experience in digital assets is preferred.
• A strong understanding of market-making principles and practices is advantageous.
