we're looking to expand PYOR’s business team as we kickstart 2025.

what we have been upto:

- we help protocols / dApps / institutions to with targeted research + analysis + tooling

- some of it is productised and some of it is custom work for each client

- we also experiment constantly to add value to our clients in different ways – research / community tooling / etc

- some of the clients we worked with in the past 6 months – arbitrum foundation, avax foundation, compound, livepeer, swell, etc

- we also build public goods in the form of dune dashboards, ecosystem analytics and ecosystem research

details about the job

- role: Business Development (its not “growth” “partnerships”, it’s a pure hardcore BD role)

- position: contract / full-time intern (3months with possibility to extend)

- pay: 50K INR per month

- location: on-site preferred(BLR) but open for remote work for the right candidate

- joining date: 01 January 2025

what would you do:

- take charge of closing open deals with our prospects

- identify new opportunities and close them

- help manage the execution of closed deals

must haves:

- crypto knowledge is an absolute must (you must be able to demonstrate this)

- high agency (we are a small team, everyone is expected to take ownership and deliver)

- previous sales / BD / customer facing experience

selection process

- 2-3 interview rounds

- 1 assignment
