Qashier is looking for an amazing Merchant Success Specialist to support our growth!

We are a dynamic and fast-growing team that is excited about commerce, retail, and payments, and the opportunity to transform these industries with data and technology.

We are looking for passionate individuals that can spearhead the growth of the company through optimizing revenue growth and retention with our existing merchants. If you have knowledge and/or a keen interest in the area of point of sale, payment systems, account management, and B2B sales, this role might be for you.

Responsibility

  • Expand the relationship with existing merchants by proposing solutions that meet their objectives.

  • Leverage upsell and renewal opportunities: Youll be advising merchants on new features and use cases within our platform to drive upsell opportunities into new features or higher subscriptions and convert existing customers to annual subscriptions.

  • Expand and grow payment volumes: You will leverage data to identify opportunities to further grow payment volumes for us and our merchants.

  • Churn management: Understand patterns and data to predict potential churn trends and come up with stop gap measures.
    Troubleshooting potential issues that may arise on the merchants end. Work closely with the product development team on IT related issues.

Requirement

  • Min 2 - 3 years of experience in B2B/IT sales or account management/customer success experience.

  • Passionate about technology, fintech, and the F&B and retail space

  • Strong interpersonal skills with good bilingual oral skills and readiness to go the extra

    mile for our merchants (local languages)

  • Highly driven and energetic individuals with a strong willingness to learn

  • Independent and driven

  • Keen attention to detail

  • Analytical thinking/troubleshooting skills

  • Able to converse fluently in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking merchants o

    Must be willing to travel when required
