Qashier is looking for an amazing Technical Support Lead to support our growth!

We are looking for passionate individuals that can assist in the setup and onboarding of our merchants, provide efficient order fulfilment, and timely customer support. If you have knowledge and keen interest in the area of POS and payment systems, operations or customer support, this role might be for you.

In this role you’ll work closely with our merchants covering key business hours. This is a full time position with hybrid work setup, Monday to Friday.

You will be driving Qashier’s success in the following ways

  • Lead and manage the customer support team serving Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Australia.

  • Manage the schedules of the L1 team, ensuring enough manpower is available to support our customers.

  • Be the subject matter expert and first point of escalation for our L1 support.

  • Off-site troubleshooting, technical issue verification and solving our merchant’s concerns through phone, email and live chat within target SLAs.

  • Log merchants’ feature requests and feedback to the product team.

  • Route leads and issues to the appropriate team. (e.g Sales lead to Sales team, bugs to Product Team and etc) using established processes.

  • Show composure, resilience, professionalism and flexibility

What you should bring along

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer support, preferable in B2B and technology

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a team lead or manager

  • Strong interpersonal skills with good bilingual oral skills

  • A keen attention to detail and customer service oriented

  • Strong creative problem solving skills
