Qashier is looking for a passionate individual to join us as a Senior People Services Executive.

  • Support People Services implementation and transition.

  • Facilitate New Hire Onboarding sessions.

  • Ensure department onboarding is on schedule.

  • Oversee asset tracking from request, ordering to asset assignment across all regions.

  • Prepare administrative documents like Letter of Employment, Certificate of Employment and Confirmation Letter.

  • Manage HRIS and Lark creation, updating and deactivation.

  • Ensure Performance Review Cycles are on track and complete.

  • Own travel booking management.

  • Manage insurance enrollment and deactivations.

  • Liaise with external partners and suppliers.

  • Monitor office administrative tasks like office/ pantry replenishments.

  • Participate in People projects like team bonding and employee engagement activities.

  • Create or update policies as needed.

  • Continuously review processes and propose process improvements.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across all regions.

A successful candidate must have

  • At least 3 years of experience in People Shared Service, HR Administrator or relevant role.
  • Proficiency in using Excel or Gsheets and HR software like HRIS.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise important projects.
  • Excellent communication skills for in-person, email, and telephone calls.
  • A keen attention to detail.
