Qashier is looking for an amazing Merchant Onboarding Specialist to support our growth!

We are a dynamic and fast growing team that is excited about commerce, retail and payments, and the opportunity to transform these industries with data and technology.

We are looking for passionate individuals that can assist in the setup and onboarding of our merchants, provide efficient order fulfilment, and timely customer support. If you have knowledge and keen interest in the area of POS and payment systems, operations or customer support, this role might be for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure merchants' setup information is received in a timely manner. This includes the nature of business and features needed for setup.
  • To check and confirm merchants specifications is accurate and work with merchant operations for setup.
  • Conduct remote training and walkthrough on how to use Qashier products.
  • Ensure timely updates of ticket status.
  • To check the current status of the merchant's hardware and support with updates as needed.
  • Recommend process improvement to reduce merchant churn and increase operations efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Operations, Customer Support or Merchant Account Management.
  • Passionate about technology, startups, Fintech and the retail space
  • Strong interpersonal skills with good bilingual oral skills
  • A keen attention to detail and customer service oriented
  • Strong creative problem solving skills
