We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic product team. We are looking for a talented individual who can take ownership of the design process, contribute to our product vision, and create exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to define and shape the product roadmap and strategy.
• Lead the end-to-end design process, from conceptualization to prototyping, testing, and implementation.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on the product.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
• Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and patterns to ensure consistency across the product suite.
• Advocate for the user by applying user-centered design principles and leveraging data-driven insights to deliver intuitive and delightful user experiences.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented design culture.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance our design capabilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• Proven track record of at least 5 years in product design, with a focus on web and mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving abilities, and impactful user-centric designs.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user research methodologies and usability principles.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment, collaborating closely with engineers and product managers.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions.
• Passion for fintech and a deep understanding of B2B products and their unique design challenges.
