Qashier is looking for an amazing Sales Promoter (Part-time) to support our growth! We are a dynamic and fast growing team that is excited about commerce, retail and payments, and the opportunity to transform these industries with data and technology.

We are looking for 8 - 10 part-time/ contract salespeople to promote our company's innovative products and solutions. The incumbent will promote a unique, low-cost Fintech solution that empowers small businesses in Singapore to accept accurate cashless payments. The incumbent must be able to commit from August to September; if the incumbent does well, there is a chance they will convert to a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Create awareness of the company's brand and products

• Promote our product/solution to relevant audiences

• Assist the customer in completing the application form to activate their solution on the spot

• Explain product features, benefits, and post-adoption usage

• Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge

• Act as a brand ambassador in all customer interactions

• Maintain a professional appearance aligned with our brand image

Requirements

• Legally able to work in Singapore without sponsorship or visa

• Available to work at least 5 days a week, 6 hours a day, for 2 months

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Sales-driven with the ability to meet targets

• Friendly and approachable demeanour

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

• Willing to canvass allocated area on foot or travel via public transport within Singapore

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in sales, roadshow promotions, or telemarketing would be preferred

• Ability to speak Mandarin

Compensation

• Base hourly salary: $12/ hour

• Commission structure with potential earnings up to $4,000/month

Working hours:

• 9 am - 5 pm (6 hours/day)

• Lunch break is from 12 pm - 2 pm (please note that lunch is not provided)

Location

• Field sales - The incumbent will be given an area each week to canvass
