Qashier is looking for a Merchant Onboarding Executive to support our growth! We are a dynamic and fast-growing team that is excited about commerce, retail, and payments and the opportunity to transform these industries with data and technology. Reporting to the Head of Operations in Singapore, you will play a key role in deploying our products and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage new merchant journey after-sales hands over set requirements.
• Support merchant and assist in setting up in-store setup requirements. Collaborate closely with the Sales and Merchant Success team to ensure that merchant onboarding, account setup, and order fulfillment are handled accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure merchants meet risk compliance and chats/calls are within stipulated SLAs.
• Log merchants' request features for the product team.
• Able to solve merchant queries related to commercial topics and come up with action plan
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as requested by your manager: project optimization process.

What we look for in a candidate...

• 2 years of experience handling Merchant Onboarding for any Fintech or E-commerce company.
• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Strong interpersonal skills with good bilingual oral abilities (English and Chinese)
• Keen attention to detail and customer service-oriented
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills with a solid ability to multitask
• Passionate about technology, Fintech, and the retail space
