Qashier is looking for a Merchant Onboarding Specialist to support our growth!

We are a dynamic and fast-growing team excited about commerce, retail, and payments and the opportunity to transform these industries with data and technology.

If you have knowledge and/or a keen interest in point of sale, payment systems, and B2B sales, this role might be for you.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the new merchant journey post-sales handover, ensuring all requirements are met.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Merchant Success teams to ensure accurate and efficient merchant onboarding, account setup, and timely deployments.
• Support merchants in setting up in-store requirements.
• Provide exceptional onboarding experiences for merchants.
• Log merchant feature requests and communicate them to the product team.
• Resolve merchant queries on commercial topics and devise action plans as needed.
• Provide timely support to merchants during their initial 30 days of product adoption, assisting promptly with any issues they encounter.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks as requested by the manager

Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in Merchant Onboarding and/or Customer Support preferably within Fintech or E-commerce.
• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a customer service focus.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills, adept at multitasking.
• Passion for technology, Fintech, and retail sectors.
