We are looking for a passionate and experienced individual to lead our customer support team. If you have knowledge and keen interest in the area of POS and payment systems, operations or customer support, this role might be for you.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Customer Support Specialists, ensuring high performance, consistent customer satisfaction, and alignment with company objectives.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and ensure that all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Offer personalized support to enterprise-level clients, ensuring that their complex needs are met with high levels of attention and responsiveness.
  • Champion customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and providing ongoing support throughout the customer journey.
  • Ensure the customer support team is equipped to handle their day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and verify technical issues off-site, resolving merchant concerns via phone, email, and live chat within specified SLAs.
  • Address how-to queries, provide workarounds, and promptly resolve issues.
  • Document merchants' feature requests and feedback for the product team.
  • When necessary, escalate unresolved or high-priority issues to specialized teams, such as product specialists or engineers.
  • Demonstrate composure, resilience, professionalism, compassion, and adaptability.

Responsibilities

  • Diploma/Degree in any field
  • At least 4 years of customer support experience, preferably in B2B settings.
  • Enthusiasm for technology, startups, fintech, and the retail industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including bilingual oral communication abilities.
  • A meticulous focus on detail and commitment to customer service
