THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a rare breed — an Enterprise Sales Manager who is both a strategic hunter and a natural closer. You will own Qashier's enterprise segment in Singapore, building and converting a pipeline of multi-store retail chains, F&B groups, hospitality brands, and high-volume digital-first merchants.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Enterprise Pipeline Development

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify enterprise and multi-location merchant accounts across retail, F&B, hospitality, healthcare, and e-commerce verticals
  • Build and own a robust sales pipeline from outreach through close, targeting logos with high offline and online payment volumes
  • Execute a consultative, solutions-led sales approach to match Qashier's platform to the client's omnichannel commerce needs

Deal Execution & Revenue Growth

  • Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles — from discovery and stakeholder mapping to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure
  • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Engage C-suite, Finance, Operations, and IT decision-makers within target organisations
  • Build trusted advisor relationships that go beyond transactional selling
  • Collaborate with internal teams — Product, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success — to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Provide structured market feedback to shape product direction and competitive positioning
  • Track competitor activity and industry developments to sharpen Qashier's enterprise value proposition
  • Represent Qashier at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Experience & Track Record

  • 5–10 years of enterprise or B2B sales experience, preferably in Fintech, Payments, POS, SaaS, or Commerce Technology
  • Demonstrated history of closing large, complex deals with multi-stakeholder buying cycles
  • Proven ability to manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise or multi-location merchant accounts
  • Existing network within Singapore's retail, F&B, hospitality, or enterprise merchant ecosystem is a strong advantage

Skills & Attributes

  • Exceptional hunter mentality — you love building pipeline from scratch and are relentless in pursuit of new business
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to structure value-based proposals and negotiate at senior levels
  • High emotional intelligence — able to read rooms, adapt communication styles, and build rapport quickly
  • Self-directed and highly organised; you thrive without hand-holding and can manage multiple enterprise deals simultaneously
  • Data-driven approach to pipeline management and forecasting using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar)
