Qashier is looking for a Head of Sales to growth of our business in the Philippines!

We are a dynamic and fast growing team that is excited about commerce, retail and payments, and the opportunity to transform these industries with data and technology.

As the Head of Sales, you will play a critical role in shaping our commercial strategies and managing the overall success of Qashier’s business in the Philippines. They will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies, leading and developing our sales teams, and driving revenue growth across our target markets.

Responsibilities

  • Main owner of country revenue and gross profit targets.

  • Develop and execute clear, comprehensive commercial strategies to drive topline growth and achieve country business objectives.

  • Lead the Sales, Business Development and Merchant Growth (Customer Success) teams, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance and exceed targets.

  • Recruit and develop skilled, high performance and motivated sales executives, account managers and team leads.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships, alliances, and distribution channels.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive merchant acquisition and retention.

  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and maximise commercial opportunities.

  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.

  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, sales forecasts, and revenue projections to track progress and drive accountability.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of leadership experience with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through sales, business development and/or strategic partnerships at a country level
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building high-performing teams
  • Results-oriented mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Proven ability in building scalable sales processes and systems
  • Ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives from end-to-end including defining the vision and strategy, to driving and executing a plan
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation and a willingness to embrace change and ambiguity
  • Passionate about technology, payments and the retail/F&B space
