About The Job People Specialist, TH

Qashier is looking for a People Specialist to drive the growth of our business and build a high-performing team in Thailand!

We are a dynamic and fast growing team that is excited about commerce, retail and payments, and the opportunity to transform these industries with data and technology.

As the People Specialist, you will responsible for end-to-end People Operations and HR Business Partnering for the local entity. This role ensures operational excellence across the employee lifecycle, drives talent density and performance culture, and maintains full compliance with Thailand statutory requirements.

Responsibilities:

HR Business Partnering

• Act as the primary HRBP for all functions.
• Drive initiatives to improve talent density and organizational effectiveness.

Talent Acquisition Operations

• Manage local TA operations including interview coordination and offer process.
• Coordinate background checks and pre-employment requirements.
• Own end-to-end onboarding experience.

Performance & Talent Management

• Drive performance management cycles (goal setting, reviews, calibration).
• Support managers in feedback and development conversations.
• Maintain performance documentation.

Payroll & Statutory Compliance (Thailand)

• Process monthly payroll.
• Oversee statutory payments (SSO, WHT, others).
• Support tax filing processes.

Employee Lifecycle Management

• Maintain accurate personnel files (P-File management).
• Handle employment documentation and contract administration.
• Manage offboarding process including clearance, final pay coordination, and exit interviews.

Office & Administrative Operations

• Oversee office management and facilities coordination.
• Oversee asset management (laptops, equipment tracking).
• Manage and coordinate with external vendors.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in HR/People Operations.
• With knowledge in Thailand labor law and statutory processes.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Can converse both in English and Thailand language.
