What we do:
At Rebolt, we’re redefining how home service businesses grow with our AI-powered marketing platform and next-generation AI-first CRM that replaces fragmented tools with one intelligent system. In under five minutes, a plumber in Atlanta or a landscaper in Colorado can launch a fully SEO-optimized website, publish across social platforms, and activate an AI-first CRM that captures, nurtures, and converts leads into thousands of dollars in new business.
We started Rebolt after speaking with hundreds of home service business owners while running a web development and marketing agency. We kept seeing the same pattern: hard-working operators overpaying for mediocre websites, vague “SEO packages,” and disconnected tools that didn’t actually drive measurable growth. We built Rebolt to fix that.
Our goals for every customer are simple:
- Launch a high-quality, SEO-ready website and consistently publish content
- Improve visibility on Google and in local search
- Capture, manage, and follow up with every lead through an AI-first CRM
- Generate more qualified leads and turn them into revenue
- Give owners their time back so they can focus on their craft
Some of our early customers have seen up to a 4x increase in leads after switching to Rebolt.
About us:
- We are a tight-knit team of 37 who are exceptionally ambitious and move incredibly fast. We ship products, produce results, and come with a Day 1 mentality every day. We have a bias towards action and have a “figure it out” mentality

Who We Are Looking For:
Someone that is ambitious, driven, and excited about our vision. Our perfect candidate is a creative problem solver and would have the following experiences/capabilities:
- 2+ years of experience in front-line customer support roles
- Able to interface directly with customers on live calls
- Has a figure-it-out mentality to achieve goals by whatever means necessary
- Customer obsessed mindset
- Ambitious, go-getter, and tech-savvy
- Can handle interdisciplinary communications
- Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills (english)
What You’ll Do:
- Providing customer support across multiple channels, including chat, live phone support, and video meetings
- Collaborating closely with the Head of Customer Success to support the Customer Success team
- Facilitate website changes via Rebolt platform/mobile app
- Support general operations, including internal process upkeep, documentation, task tracking, etc
- Adapting to company needs as priorities shift, with a focus on customer success and internal initiatives
Compensation:
- Base salary: $60,000–$71,000
- Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision)
- Unlimited PTO
