We’re looking for a builder who excels in execution and can help us shake the industry. As a foundational member of our tech team, you'll excel in juggling various tasks, skillfully prioritising, taking initiative, building a strong team and a culture of excellence , and working independently as and self-motivated go-getter 💪

Work on the latest headless / serverless setups & front-end frameworks (MERN, TypeScript, AWS/Lambdas, RedShift, Next.js, Tailwind, OpenAI)

Build an architecture for scale together with your counterparts & manage technical debt.

Augment our internal operations, data insights and vendor features using the latest AI technologies.

Solve complex technical & business problems!

Manage your team, provide regular feedback and unblock them.

Help our HR team identify, attract, recruit and retain top-tier software developers and build a culture of excellence.

Build up a world class software development team, and foster a culture of excellence.

Work closely with our founders and department / country heads to translate our vision into scalable tech solutions, launching new features, products or even new businesses! Owning the delivery and related success KPIs.

5+ years of software development experience

Prior successful experience as an Engineering Manager

Extensive knowledge in AWS services (lambda, SQS, SNS, S3, ...)

Proficiency in Typescript, NodeJs, React

Good knowledge of microservices / microservices design patterns

Hold a degree in Computer Science

You're ambitious, hungry for growth, and have a can-do attitude.

You thrive in both strategic and hands-on tasks.

You have a successful experience in smaller setups / high growth contexts, ideally e-commerce or marketplace.
