We are looking for a hands-on Director of Operations who can overview Reebelo's operations, including marketplace seller operations, customer support interactions and logistics. You will be part of our US Management team and contribute directly to Reebelo's global success.
About the role:
Oversee, lead and expand our USA & Canada seller operations, customer service & collaborate with our APAC based Ops team
Monitor & collaborate with our marketplace sellers to improve NPS, reduce return rates and optimize shipping experience
Ensure that our customers understand end to end when to receive their product, replacement or refund
Lead & grow your own team, and leverage on our global customer service team based in Malaysia
Strong involvement in fraud prevention and processes
Improve customer repair processes through offline repair partnerships
Assess, onboard and manage a network of last mile partners in alignment with the strategy to become the primary last mile partner for all of our vendors
Implement value adding services for our vendors & potential revenue channels for Reebelo
Conduct quarterly business reviews of operations performance with Vendors and Last Mile providers
Continuously develop and implement analysis to monitor and manage operations
We’d love to have a chat with you if you have:
5+ years experience in eCommerce Marketplace operations or equivalent roles in the US
Ambitious candidate with start-up mindset
Based in the United States, business fluent in English
Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent education
Previous e-commerce, marketplace or startup experience
A solid team-player who can grow & motivate a team
Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems
A strong focus on Customer Satisfaction
