Our aim is to mainstream refurbished technology while contributing to a more sustainable future.
In our journey to achieve this, we're seeking a Lead Marketing Manager for the APAC region, someone who combines data-driven insights with a creative and innovative mindset, resulting in strong hands-on execution. This position plays a vital role in capturing customer attention, boosting website traffic, and enhancing sales by employing creative marketing tactics.
As the Marketing Manager for APAC, you will play a crucial role in driving engaging content marketing strategies and storytelling that captivate and engage customers across various key organic and paid channels, including Social Media, PR, OOH, and more.
Your typical day may include:
- Driving growth and attracting new buyers across the APAC regions through both organic and paid strategies.
- Creating and executing data-driven strategic plans to captivate new customers.
- Managing and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, YouTube and TikTok, with a focus on ROI.
- Orchestrating cross-functional collaboration to meet marketing objectives and goals.
- Utilizing in-depth data analysis to develop and refine marketing strategies.
- Producing compelling content that highlights the benefits of refurbished tech and aligns with Reebelo's mission.
- Collaborating with external partners, including content creators and agencies to develop scalable content for both organic and paid initiatives.
- Working with the APAC team across timezones (Singapore to New Zealand) to expand our product offerings, transforming Reebelo into a comprehensive tech marketplace. Regular calls with HQ in San Mateo to align on strategy and execution.
We’d love to have a chat with you if you have:
- You have 3+ years of experience in brand, growth, or integrated marketing with direct budget management.
- You're proficient across the full marketing funnel, from brand building to direct response.
- You have experience producing content across various channels, including digital, video, and Above The Line (ATL) channels.
- You possess a self-starter attitude, a competitive spirit, and a drive to make a tangible impact.
- You're analytical and data-savvy, capable of translating metrics into compelling stories.
- You have outstanding collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams.
- You hold a degree in Marketing, Psychology, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
