Responsibilities:

1.Automation Excellence with Cypress:

• Develop and maintain robust automated test scripts using Cypress, seamlessly integrating them into our CI/CD pipeline for comprehensive testing coverage.

2. Page Object Model (POM) Implementation:

• Implement and adhere to the Page Object Model design pattern to enhance the maintainability and reusability of automated tests.

3. Strategic Test Planning:

• Contribute to test planning and strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design effective test cases.

4. Defect Management:

• Identify, document, and meticulously track software defects, ensuring timely resolution and communication with development teams.

5. Documentation Proficiency:

• Create, manage, and update comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

6.Continuous Improvement Champion:

• Actively seek opportunities for process improvement within the testing process, contributing to the evolution of our QA practices.

7. Collaboration and Mentorship:

• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of quality throughout the development lifecycle. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the QA team.

Qualification and Experience:-

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ Years of experience

Must have requirements:

• Proven experience as a SQA Engineer with a focus on automation testing.
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Strong experience with Cypress for end-to-end testing.
• Knowledge and implementation of the Page Object Model (POM) design pattern.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and the integration of automated tests.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
