We are hiring an Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator to help our CEO and CTO spend more time building the company, serving customers, and delivering our technology.
Reporting to the CEO, you will own executive administration and coordinate recurring operational work across scheduling, communications, travel, meetings, hiring logistics, and document management. You will also provide agreed support to our CTO, helping protect focused engineering time and reduce administrative interruptions.
You should enjoy bringing structure to a busy environment, anticipating needs, and following through without repeated reminders. You will work closely with the founders, learn how the business operates, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Success means calendars run smoothly, meetings are prepared, commitments are tracked, documents are easy to find, and routine work gets completed with minimal founder involvement. There is room to take on broader operational responsibilities as you demonstrate judgment and ownership.
Satlyt is building the infrastructure for Virtual AI Data Centers in Space. Our software turns satellites into programmable computing nodes, enabling operators and developers to run AI, process data in orbit, and deliver useful information faster.
We are a venture-backed startup working with satellite operators, commercial partners, and NASA. Our distributed team brings together expertise in space systems, AI, and cloud infrastructure.
As we grow, we are looking for an organized, proactive operator to support our founders and keep the everyday work of building Satlyt moving.
