Technical Lead @ ScreenApp

As our Technical Lead, you’ll split your time between working on-site in Colombo and remote. Our platform pulls in data from everything—browser recorders, Chrome extensions, mobile apps, upload APIs, WebRTC APIs, Meeting Agents, and more. We transform it using AI for outputs like search, AskAI, templates, workflows, webhooks, and beyond.

You’ll touch every corner of our stack (Node, React, TypeScript, Python, Flutter, Docker, K8s, AWS, GCP, Playwright, CursorAI, GitLab CI). If you see a problem, you fix it—no red tape. We move fast, keep it lean, and rely on AI to boost our productivity, expecting high work ethics and commitment from everyone on the team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in production software (or fewer if you were a startup founder for 2+ years or contributed significantly to open source).
• 3+ years coding in Node/React/TypeScript.
• Solid Docker/microservices experience.
• Comfortable with AWS or GCP.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or similar.
