Job Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain user-facing features using ReactJS
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to implement new features and improve existing ones
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by users
• Stay up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies and industry best practices
• Work closely with backend engineers to integrate frontend with backend APIs
• Contribute to the overall improvement of the frontend architecture and development processes

Cultural Expectations

• Must have 2+ years of experience
• Must have worked with early stage startups, working closely with the engineering leaders like VP, CTO, founders, etc.
• Collaborate with a lean team to build and maintain the frontend of our platform
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver high-quality code within the given timelines
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide technical solutions
• Show a strong attention to detail and a passion for writing clean, maintainable code
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in frontend development, and apply them to improve our platform
• Be open to learning new technologies and frameworks as required by the project
• Demonstrate a growth mindset and a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
