The Frontend Engineering Intern will be an integral part of our technology team, focusing on refining and enhancing the user interface (UI) of our applications to deliver seamless, visually appealing experiences. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to work on real-world projects that directly impact our product’s usability and aesthetics.

You will collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to transform requirements into polished, responsive interfaces. You’ll gain hands-on experience in building modern web applications using React and CSS, while learning best practices in UI design and development within a collaborative and innovative environment.

#Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing interactive and responsive UI components using React.
• Write, optimize, and maintain clean CSS to ensure our applications are visually polished and consistent across different devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with designers to translate wireframes and mockups into high-quality, reusable components.
• Optimize UI performance for speed, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Assist in improving existing UI elements and workflows based on user feedback.
• Contribute to Agile processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Research and implement modern frontend tools, libraries, and trends to enhance development efficiency.
  
  

#Required Qualifications

• CSS Expertise: Demonstrated ability to write efficient, modular, and maintainable CSS; familiarity with tailwind is a plus. Knowledge of UI/UX design is a plus.
• Proficiency in React: Strong hands-on experience with React, including component-based architecture and state management. Experience with Nextjs is a plus
• HTML & JavaScript​: Solid understanding of HTML5 and JavaScript fundamentals
• .Attention to detail and commitment to pixel-perfect UI implementation
• .Basic understanding of RESTful API integration
• .Experience with version control systems, preferably Git
• .Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• .Prior internships, personal projects, or contributions to open-source frontend projects
• .Availability to commit to the internship for a minimum of 4 months
