About the Role
We are looking for an AI Content Engineer who can build and operate high-volume creative pipelines for UGC, paid ads, and social video/image content. This role blends creative execution, AI model mastery, and workflow engineering, enabling us to scale content output across ecommerce brands and paid channels.
You’ll work with modern visual AI models, video generation systems, and workflow tools to produce compelling assets that look native to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Meta Ads, and ecommerce product ads.
Responsibilities
Build high-quality AI-generated images, videos, and UGC-style content for ecommerce ads & social.
Operate & optimize workflow tools like TapNow, ComfyUI, Weavy, Nim, etc.
Work with modern video/image models including Sora 2, Gemini, Kling AI, Luma, Stable Diffusion, Flux, etc.
Clone voices & faces when needed using LoRA, ReActor, face swap, etc.
Develop content pipelines that can scale to hundreds of outputs per week.
Structure creative flows with strong hooks, CTAs, pacing, and emotional triggers for paid ads.
Adapt content to platform-specific aesthetics (TikTok, IG Reels, Meta Ads, YouTube Shorts).
Version content for international markets (AI dubbing, subtitles, cultural cues).
Build multi-step workflows combining editing, enhancement, captioning, music, and delivery.
Collaborate with performance marketers to A/B test creative angles and iterate based on performance.
Curate and maintain model catalogs, LoRAs, datasets, character sheets.
Document workflows for repeatability and team onboarding.
Required Skills
Proven experience generating AI images and videos for TikTok/Meta/YouTube ads or ecommerce.

Hands-on experience with AI creative workflow tools such as:
TapNow
ComfyUI
Weavy
Nim.video
(or similar: RunDiffusion, Invoker, etc.)

Familiar with modern video + diffusion models, including:
Sora 2
Gemini Video / Multimodal
Kling AI
Stable Diffusion XL / Flux / SD3
DreamBooth / LoRA / ReActor
ElevenLabs / PlayHT (voice)
HeyGen / Papercup (dubbing)
Strong sense of visual storytelling and UGC performance dynamics.
Comfortable building automated or semi-automated creative pipelines.
Familiar with basic video editing (CapCut, Final Cut, Premiere, Descript, etc.).
Understands hooks, pacing, subtitles, platform ratios, and CTR / watchtime psychology.
Nice to Have
Experience with A/B testing creative performance for ads.
Knowledge of ecommerce verticals (beauty, fashion, home, supplements, etc.).
Experience with persona-based content or founder-led content.
Ability to manage datasets, LoRAs, and reusable prompt libraries.
Familiar with 3D/animation tools (Blender/Unreal) is a bonus, not required.
Experience with multi-language dubbing & lip-syncing workflows.
