Role Overview:
We’re looking for a dynamic Account Manager with 1+ years of experience in managing B2B accounts, particularly with eCommerce brands. As an Account Manager at SellAbroad, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring their success on the platform, and driving business growth through strong relationship-building and solution-oriented support. You will be the main point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs, and guiding them to maximize the value of SellAbroad’s offerings.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for your portfolio of B2B clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
Understand clients’ business goals and challenges, offering tailored solutions using SellAbroad’s cross-border eCommerce tools.
Actively engage with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address concerns or issues in a timely manner.

Account Growth & Retention:
Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts by recommending additional services or product offerings.
Work with clients to ensure they are fully utilizing SellAbroad’s platform for optimal results, providing ongoing support and proactive guidance.
Monitor account health through key metrics and deliver regular performance reports to clients.

Collaboration & Coordination:
Work closely with internal teams (Product, Operations, Customer Success) to ensure smooth onboarding and continuous support for clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions from sales to account management and handle post-sale client expectations.

Project Management:
Oversee the implementation of SellAbroad’s solutions for new clients, coordinating resources, timelines, and client expectations.
Provide ongoing training and support to clients on how to use SellAbroad’s features and tools effectively.

Client Success & Advocacy:
Ensure clients are meeting their international expansion goals through the effective use of our platform, with a focus on increasing their international conversion rates, average order value, and LTV.
Serve as a client advocate within SellAbroad, ensuring their feedback is communicated and addressed internally.
Qualifications:

Experience:
Minimum 1+ year of experience in B2B account management, with a preference for experience working with eCommerce brands.
Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts.

Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts and projects.
Ability to analyze data and use insights to optimize client performance and satisfaction.

Technical Competence:
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and cross-border payment/fulfillment solutions.
Comfort with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello).

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Knowledge of international eCommerce trends, logistics, and cross-border payments.
