About SellAbroad
SellAbroad is a cross-border eCommerce enablement platform helping brands sell internationally. We're growing fast and building a full content engine — YouTube, short-form, ads, and more. You'll be a core part of that.
The Role
We're hiring a Video Editor to own our content production pipeline. You'll work directly with our Content Manager (Syed) to turn raw footage and ideas into polished content across all formats — YouTube, Reels, TikTok, ad creatives, VSLs, and podcast clips.
This is a high-output, fast-paced role. We ship content consistently, not occasionally.
What You'll Be Editing
- YouTube long-form (founder content, case studies, educational)
- Short-form clips (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts — from long-form or podcast footage)
- Ad creatives (TOF, retargeting, UGC-style cuts)
- VSLs (sales video letters for landing pages)
- Podcast clips (cut from full episodes)
- Launch videos (product/feature announcements)
What We Expect
- 10-15 polished pieces per week minimum
- Fast turnaround — 1-2 days for short-form, 2–3 days for long-form
- Consistent brand style across all content
- Proactive — you flag issues early, suggest improvements, don't just wait for briefs
You're a Fit If You
- Have 3+ years editing experience (agency, brand, or creator)
- Are fast with Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve
- Understand what makes short-form content perform (hooks, pacing, captions)
- Have edited content for a brand or creator with an active audience
- Can work independently with minimal hand-holding
- Are comfortable in a remote, async-first environment
Bonus Points
- Experience editing sales/VSL content
- Experience with motion graphics or basic After Effects
- Understanding of eCommerce or SaaS brands
- Have a portfolio with proven engagement metrics
