Role Description

The Senior DevOps Engineer will focus on internal developer support and external customer support for simplyblock AWS deployments and test environments.

What's required?

• Required and proven experience in github build/actions, python, eks, aws (ec2, vpc, iam, cloud formation, ...), prometheus, grafana
• Preferred experience in k3s, gke, aks, aws, azure, bash, greylog, cmake, golang

Tasks will include

• Production and developer support for AWS eks and k3s (setup, configuration, security)
• Defining and maintaining aws policies (security, cost, ...) and providing aws support for 7 developers
• simplyblock cluster deployment and e2e test automation framework (maintainance and enhancements)
• Integration and automation of cluster monitoring and event management with prometheus, grafana, greylog
