At SiteHive we're a fast-growing startup focused on managing environmental impact by combining award-winning hardware with cloud software for real-time environmental monitoring and compliance. Our vision is to help urban environments develop with harmony between construction and communities.

We're looking for a Customer Success guru who loves building relationships and delivering meaningful results for clients. In this role, you'll support clients through onboarding, training, and day-to-day assistance, helping them get the most out of our platform and products.

What you'll do:

  • Be the primary point of contact for support queries, helping customers resolve issues quickly
  • Guide customers through product self-installation with clear, hands-on support
  • Deliver onboarding and training sessions tailored to each customer's needs
  • Become an expert in our products and software offering, and advise customers on how to get the most out of both
  • Build relationships with clients across the construction industry (e.g. environmental managers, engineers and consultants)
  • Use HubSpot to track interactions, manage follow-ups, and keep customer records up to date

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience using a CRM (preferably HubSpot)
  • Highly organised and confident in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in tools across both Google Workspace and Microsoft Office suites, especially Google Sheets/Excel
  • Knowledge of the construction industry or experience working with on-site teams is a major plus!
