SiteHive already has an established presence in Australia and is continuing to grow its footprint across New South Wales. To support this growth, we are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead sales and market expansion efforts across the NSW market.
As a senior contributor in the region, you will play a critical role in building relationships, driving revenue, and strengthening SiteHive’s position within the NSW construction and infrastructure sectors. Given SiteHive’s strong focus on construction and infrastructure projects, this role requires comfort working with project teams and spending time on-site when required.
This role is suited to a self-starter who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys building trusted relationships with industry stakeholders, and is passionate about helping organisations improve environmental compliance and sustainability outcomes.
Role responsibilities
• Develop and execute a strategy to grow SiteHive’s presence and revenue across New South Wales
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline from lead generation through to deal closure
• Act as a primary point of contact for SiteHive customers and prospects in NSW
• Build and maintain strong relationships with construction companies, principal contractors, project managers, and environmental consultants
• Conduct on-site visits, product demonstrations, deployments, and low-level technical discussions with project teams
• Represent SiteHive at NSW construction and infrastructure industry events and trade shows
• Work closely with customers to ensure successful deployment of SiteHive’s monitoring solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and retention

Qualifications & Experience
• Experience in business development within construction or environmental sectors preferable
• Ability to work independently and drive business growth
• Experience using CRM systems
• Relevant tertiary qualification preferred but not essential
