Regional Success Manager
Brisbane, QLD, Australia
SiteHive transforms how people manage environmental impact in construction. We harness modern technology and innovative ideas to deliver an environmental management solution that’s already deployed on over 1000 devices across Australia and New Zealand. SiteHive is trusted by the biggest organisations in construction, and we’re helping them to keep teams and communities safe and reduce environmental impact.
SiteHive is a high-growth scale-up company with high energy and big plans. Our success was recently recognized when in 2025 we were named both one of the most innovative companies in Australia by the AFR and also one of the 50 fastest growing by Deloitte. To support our next phase of growth, we are expanding our committed team and looking for the right individuals to join us. For us, your attitude and how you collaborate are just as important as your skills and experience. Come and join a flexible work environment where you’ll thrive if you’re self-motivated, open to ideas and focused on outcomes. All of our work centres around our 3 key values: Create a buzz, work as a hive, and deliver the honey.
Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Regional Success Manager is a new role, and critical member of the new Customer Success team to ensure that projects are getting the best of SiteHive technology across their lifecycle. You will work at the intersection of our technology and the physical world, ensuring our technology—from sensor devices to real-time software— delivers value on the largest construction projects in the region.
Your primary mission is to build and manage relationships with active projects and ensure they are getting the best possible SiteHive experience. This is an operational on the ground role designed to ensure our product is always presented in its best light, and our most critical clients realize the full value of the SiteHive ecosystem from day one.
This starts with ensuring maximum Hexanode device uptime and data integrity by providing field support for SiteHive devices on active sites. This then extends to on the ground training and support for project teams in your area, building relationships with the project teams and helping them be successful with SiteHive. This includes understanding their projects and suggesting where SiteHive technology could better help them.
The primary touch point for relationships will be through site visits and servicing. This role will require you to be on the road 3-4 days a week meeting with project teams.
Referrals have been our growth engine to date, and leveraging your relationships with project teams to get positive referrals into new business for the Sales Team is a key element of this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Active relationship management: The success of all active projects in your region are ultimately your responsibility, to drive referrals/expansion of those accounts alongside the Sales Team
- Positive referrals: Build strong relationships by making project teams successful, so they are confident in referring us to other areas of their business and networks
- On the ground training & support: Provide basic training and enablement to project teams to get them up and running with SiteHive, and connect projects with the enablement teams to connect them with deep technical support, training and expertise as required
- Priority troubleshooting: Partner with the Operations Coordinator and the wider Customer Success team to prioritise site visits and actions for high-value accounts or projects
- Active cross-functional collaboration: You will be the primary SiteHive point of contact for most customers, as such you’ll work right across the wider SiteHive team, and need to manage the challenges of doing this whilst in a remote role
- Reporting: Report back with actionable field insights and complete all SiteHive reporting requirements in a timely manner.
- Field maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and "lights on" checks to maintain over 99% hardware uptime across your assigned region.
- Installation & relocation: Manage the safe and professional installation, relocation, and removal of SiteHive equipment on-site.
- Site safety compliance: Strictly adhere to all site-specific health and safety protocols (H&S), including inductions and zero-harm standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Previous on-site experience in the construction or environmental sector with a major contractor, likely as either an Environmental Advisor/ Coordinator, Project Engineer or specialist consultant.
- Proactive problem solving: Competent solving problems on site with device power (e.g. is the issue with the solar panel, battery or device?) and able to diagnose issues on site with the project teams.
- Clear communication: You should be competent in explaining technical concepts and hardware capabilities to non-technical users across multiple environmental aspects including noise, vibration and dust.
- Collaboration: A natural "hive" worker who can coordinate across Sales, Operations, and Engineering to solve complex client challenges.
- Independence and professionalism: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while remaining focused on outcomes. Acting in good faith at all times to uphold the reputation and professionalism of the organisation.
- Safety mindset: A rigorous approach to safety and methodical documentation of work performed.
- Drivers license: A valid driver's license is required for travel to sites.
