Job Description:

• Develop and execute SME sales strategy: Work directly with the C-executives to formulate and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence through SME sales business development, direct sales, partnership and affiliate channel.
• Identify and target new business opportunities and markets to drive revenue growth.
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, technology providers, and industry influencers.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the business development team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Develop and implement effective sales processes and strategies to maximize team performance and productivity
• Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build and maintain a strong brand presence.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports to leadership on business development activities and results

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in leading sales & partnership or a similar role, preferably within the SaaS, fintech, banking, financial services, and fast-paced tech startup.
• Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
• Strong design and strategic planning skills, with the ability to build and implement effective business models.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
• Extensive network within the financial services, fintech and SaaS industries.
• Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team
• Excellent English (verbal and written) communication skills.
