Role Summary:

We are looking for a Sr. Product Owner to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our fintech products. This role will collaborate with sales, marketing, and development teams to build innovative solutions that address key market challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Research market trends, user needs, and industry pain points.
  • Define and prioritize a roadmap aligned with business goals.

Product Development

  • Develop and manage epics, features, and user stories.
  • Oversee backlog grooming, sprint planning, and product execution.
  • Establish KPIs to track performance and drive enhancements.

Go-To-Market (GTM) & Customer Success

  • Work with sales and marketing to develop effective GTM strategies.
  • Provide training, documentation, and support to drive adoption.
  • Gather feedback to refine positioning and product fit.

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Use analytics and user insights to continuously improve the product.
  • Optimize features based on performance data and customer input.

Chart of Accounts (COA) Integration

  • Implement COA principles for accurate financial tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate with finance and engineering teams for seamless integration.

What We Look For:

  • 5+ years of experience in product ownership, preferably in fintech.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, payment systems, and COA principles.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling fintech solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, and other product management tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in POS and retail operations is a plus.
