About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to take the lead in building and scaling a unified, high-impact marketing engine across performance, brand, and partner channels.

You will own the full marketing spectrum — from strategic planning and brand storytelling to lead generation, GTM execution, and partner co-marketing. This role is ideal for a seasoned marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves cross-functional collaboration, and wants to help millions of small business owners in Vietnam grow with digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership

  • Design and lead full-funnel marketing strategy across all products and channels
  • Own the monthly/quarterly marketing roadmap aligned with growth and product goals
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to shape positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy by segment and region

2. Brand & Communication

  • Build and elevate SoBanHang’s brand voice to connect with modern SMEs and household businesses
  • Own key communication pillars across digital, social, offline, PR, and in-product channels
  • Lead content, storytelling, and campaign direction to drive trust and user understanding

3. Lead Generation & Performance Campaigns

  • Plan and manage always-on and campaign-based digital marketing across Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.
  • Design segmented lead funnels optimized for conversion and CAC efficiency
  • Coordinate closely with telesales and growth teams to improve lead quality and ROI

4. Partner & Channel Marketing

  • Collaborate with strategic partners (banks, TVAN, telcos, local governments) on joint campaigns
  • Build co-branded materials, toolkits, and activation plans
  • Support marketing programs for offline branches, community sales, and third-party distribution

5. Team Collaboration & Execution

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders across BD, content, design, sales, and product
  • Manage campaign timelines, assets, briefs, and post-campaign reporting
  • Provide leadership and coaching to junior marketers or external agencies as needed

Who You Are

  • 7–10+ years of experience in full-spectrum marketing roles (brand + performance + GTM)
  • Strong strategic thinking with proven ability to plan, launch, and scale multi-channel campaigns
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with business, product, and sales teams
  • Analytical, structured, and hands-on with a growth mindset
  • Experience in B2B2C, fintech, SaaS, or working with SME segments is a strong plus
  • Fluent in Vietnamese, with good working English for internal/external collaboration
