Responsibilities:

• Improve our core technical platform to make it more stable, performant, scalable, and easier to work with.
• Develop features that deliver quick value to users.
• Continuously learn and experiment to expand your knowledge and experience.
• Act as a key developer and/or team leader in projects.
• Design and implement new features for the platform/system.
• Write efficient, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with team members to find the best solutions for complex problem

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Go (Golang) development, particularly in microservices environments.
• Solid understanding of Docker and Kubernetes for containerization.
• Experience with REST, gRPC, and RabbitMQ APIs.
• Proficiency with databases such as PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and Redis.
• Ability to design and develop backend systems when needed.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and tools like Prometheus, Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), Grafana, and Ansible.
• Strong ability to learn and adapt to new technologies, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience with AI tools for code development (such as code generation, AI-assisted debugging, or auto-completion) is a strong advantage.
• Positive "can-do" attitude, team-oriented, and highly responsible in task delivery.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with multi-database environments (MySQL, NoSQL, etc.).
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools to assist with code writing and software optimization.
