About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead, develop, and execute sales strategies that align with SOBANHANG's objectives. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a sales team, managing key customer relationships, and ensuring that sales targets are met while contributing to the company’s overall growth and success.

Key Responsibility

  • Lead and Manage Telesales Team: Guide, support, and develop a team of telesales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase market share.
  • Sales Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, ensuring that targets and KPIs are met. Provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Develop and manage sales forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with overall business goals.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development to sales team members to enhance their skills, product knowledge, and performance.
  • Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with marketing, customer service, and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and effective go-to-market strategies.

Who You Are

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Experience: At least 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Prior experience in managing a sales team or in tech start-up company is required.

Working hours: Monday - Friday: 8h30 - 18h00, lunch break: 12h00 - 13h30; Saturday: 8h30 - 12h00
