As a Backend Engineer (Go), you’ll design and scale high-performance financial microservices, making real impact on how small businesses manage money and grow.

What you’ll do

• Build and improve core backend systems handling millions of daily events.
• Architect secure, resilient microservices with Go, REST/gRPC, and event streams.
• Work closely with product, data, and infra teams to deliver new features fast.
• Ensure systems are reliable, scalable, and observable.

What we’re looking for

• 3 – 5 years of backend experience (Go preferred, open to strong devs in other languages).
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, REST/gRPC, message queues.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis (Elasticsearch is a plus).
• Exposure to monitoring (Prometheus/Grafana/ELK) and cloud infra.
• Growth mindset: curious, hands-on, willing to learn fast.

Bonus: used AI-assisted coding (Copilot, ChatGPT) or worked with financial/transaction systems.
